Saturday Telehealth Visits, Now Available
Life doesn’t stop on the weekend, and neither do your pet’s needs. Starting August 8, 2026 Mill Brook Animal Clinic is offering telehealth visits every other Saturday, so you can talk to a vet you already know and trust without waiting until Monday.
This isn’t a call center. It’s a real conversation with our team about the things that come up on a Saturday morning: a new limp, a skin flare-up, a medication question, or just wanting a second opinion before you decide what to do next.
What Saturday telehealth is good for:

New patients needing triage who need to talk to a vet

Follow-up on a condition we’re already treating

Minor skin, ear, or GI concerns

Medication questions or refill guidance

Behavior questions

Help deciding whether your pet needs to be seen in person
What it’s not a replacement for:

Emergencies (we’ll always point you to the right place fast)

Anything requiring hands-on exam, diagnostics, or treatment
How It Works
- Book your Saturday telehealth slot online or by calling us
- Log in a few minutes early from your phone, tablet, or computer
- Talk with one of our vets, get a plan, and know your next step
How it works
A Saturday telehealth visit costs $84. You can book a time in advance, or just call us that morning. If we’re free, you’ll talk to Dr. Pfannenstiel on the spot. If we’re mid-call with someone else, she’ll call you back before the day is out.
