I’ve been going to Mill Brook for the past 5+ years, through all the recent personnel changes, and one thing has always been true- they are caring, thorough, and thoughtful. They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I might have, and I know they adore my pup and only want what’s best for him. During his most recent procedures (which were fairly extensive), I never felt pressured to do more/less than what I thought was necessary after getting all the facts from Dr. P. and Dr. Suzanne. I also find it very helpful that they can do everything at this location- echos, ultrasounds, dental work, etc- it makes it very convenient!

We’ve been coming to Mill Brook since the 1990s, when it was Dr. Fallon’s practice. Dr. Pfannenstiel is a pro, and our doggies are in great hands with her and her knowledgeable and kind staff. We would’t take our fur babies anywhere else!

Dr. P and all the staff at Mill Brook are wonderful. Our boy Norman decided it would be cool to finagle his way around his inflatable donut and eat through his incision sites while mom and dad were sleeping. Mill Brook took us in right away and Dr. P and awesome techs stayed late to treat him. We’re so very thankful for their time, expertise, and kindness to Norm and us.
